NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of the Village of Hoosick Falls will hold a public hearing during its meeting on Tuesday , February 3rd, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hoosick Falls Municipal Building, 24 Main Street, Hoosick Falls, New York, regarding (1) Variance application for Tricia Bloomer who is the owner of The Sand Bar and Restaurant located at 21 Lyman Street who would like to put up a 8 foot chain link fence as well as adding in another volleyball court located where they have current parking now.( DC Zoning District) (2) A Variance application for Joseph Galli who owns 22 Danforth Street a vacant lot where he would like to install a 12×28’ shed for storage use. (R2 Zoning District) All interested persons will be heard at the Public Hearings.
