MOTION to approve the change of status of Carson Holbrook from part-time Motor
Equipment Operator – Light to full-time status. MOTION to approve the 5k run on March 14, 2026 to correspond to the morning of the
St. Patrick’s Day parade. MOTION to approve resignation of the Villages court security personal and matron
Melissa Davock MOTION to approve Leslie Brandt as a new board member for the Zoning board MOTION to amend the specifications for software proposals to delete Payroll/human
resources, employee self-service portal, work orders, inventory control and AR &
Business Licensing and add Tax Billing and Collections and Cloud/Hosted Environment.
New bid opening date to be March 6 2026.

RESOLUTION to set a public hearing for Local Law #1 of 2026, to create a no-parking
zone on a short portion of Church St. This is necessary due to the inability to turn a fire
truck from Willard St onto Church St. RESOLUTION to set a public hearing on Local Law #2, a local law enacted to place a stop
sign at the intersection of Elm St and Church St (stop sign placed to stop traffic entering
Church St from Elm)
(If the Board elects to) MOTION to enter Executive Session (pursuit to Public Officer’s Law
Section 105 Subsections D & F) to discuss proposed, current or pending litigation, and potential
future hiring decisions (with no business to be conducted at the end of Executive Session).
