MOTION to authorize the repair of High Lift #2 in the Village, at a cost not to exceed
$20,050.00, such payment to be made to Layne Christensen Company, as a sole source
provider.

RESOLUTION to raise the Hourly rate for Deputy Per Diem clerks from $18.00/hour to
$20.00/hour
RESOLUTION to hire Prescilla Maxon as a Per Diem Deputy Clerk
MOTION to approve the resignation of Charles Stowell from the Highway department.
MOTION to enter Executive Session (pursuit to Public Officer’s Law
Section 105 Subsections D & F) to discuss proposed, current or pending litigation, and
potential future hiring decisions (with no business to be conducted at the end of Executive
Session).
